Three Churches Summer Fete 2017

This year's Three Churches Fete will be held on Wednesday 9th August – 12 noon to 4:00pm in Hayling Park . As always, we need the support of all our church members to ensure its success.

As usual we will have lots of stalls, sideshows, donkey rides and arena entertainment for the children and a large variety of food; BBQ, Hot Dogs, Pizza, Afternoon Tea and soft drinks.

Grand Draw tickets will be distributed in July for you to either sell to the the world at large or purchase yourselves .

We look forward to your support on this most important day in our year. It will be glorious sunshine and lots of fun.

A number of stalls still need donations; if you think you can help out, please contact the stallholder

Anything you cannot deliver please contact the Fete organisers Sheila or Steven Schrier on 9246 3595/9246 6511 and they will collect. Alternatively, place in the boxes provided in the churches.

We will welcome any items that you can spare but PLEASE do not donate anything that is not in good condition or working order. We are NOT however able to sell any electrical goods. If we find anything is unsuitable we will have to take it to the tip, which just adds a lot of work to an already challenging task.

Your co-operation in observing the above guidelines will be greatly appreciated; it will really help to ensure our work load is reasonable and that we only have good quality things to sell.
