This year's Three Churches Fete will be held on Wednesday 10th August – 12 noon to 4:00pm in Hayling Park . As always, we need the support of all our church members to ensure its success.
We have lots of stalls, sideshows, donkeys and entertainment for the children. We have arena entertainment with a Magician and The Aziza Egyptian Dancers and Musical entertainment.
There is a large variety of food available, BBQ, Hot Dogs, Pizza, Afternoon Tea and soft drinks.
We do need your support. Our Produce and Preserve Stall needs your donations of Jam, Marmalade and other preserves. We no longer have a Bric-a-Brac stall but have gone up-market with a stall selling Nice Things ‘Old & New’. Please deliver to Judith Cameron at 9 Magdala Road. Frances Hoad who runs the Plant Stall would be happy if you could bring plants on the day, labelled and priced.
You will receive in July Grand Draw tickets which we hope you can purchase yourselves or sell to your friends.
We look forward to your support on this most important day in our year. It will be glorious sunshine and lots of fun.
A number of stalls still need donations; if you think you can help out, please contact the stallholder

We will welcome any items that you can spare but PLEASE do not donate anything that is not in good condition or working order. We are NOT however able to sell any electrical goods. If we find anything is unsuitable we will have to take it to the tip, which just adds a lot of work to an already challenging task.
Your co-operation in observing the above guidelines will be greatly appreciated; it will really help to ensure our work load is reasonable and that we only have good quality things to sell.
